Our story
Brite Dental Partnerships was founded in Vails Gate, NY. I realized the dental industry was changing and wanted to create a model that allowed me to protect doctor-owned practices. I did a start-up practice, so I know how hard and isolating it can be. I realized I could centralize non-clinical functions and create efficiencies for growth.
At Brite Dental Partners, we marry the soft touch of the doctor-owned practice with the efficiencies of a corporate chain. We want our managed services to empower, support, and alleviate the stress of our partner doctors.

CREATE A STRATEGIC EXIT STRATEGY
Brite Dental Partners provides a plan where the ownership of the doctor’s practice can be, at the discretion of the owner-doctor, systematically transitioned to a new doctor at a time of the owner-doctor’s choosing. The process provides ample opportunity for the transitioning doctor to mentor and support the new doctor to ensure a smooth transition where the legacy of the office is maintained.
WHAT IS A DENTAL PARTNERSHIP ORGANIZATION
The Brite Dental Partnership Organization model combines everything we love about private practice with the resources and support of a larger group.It is a well organized cooperative between your office and the doctors and infrastructure at Brite Dental Partners. This allows the private practitioner to compete with larger dental groups while still maintaining control of their practice from both a clinical AND non-clinical aspect.
BRITE DENTAL PARTNERS SUPPORT MODEL
Brite Dental Partners and the doctor-owner have individual responsibilities within the partnership, but are jointly responsible and accountable for the long-term performance of the business. Doctor-owners are responsible for local leadership and delivery of clinical care. Brite Dental Partners is able to provide a wide array of services at the discretion of each affiliated doctor-owner. We believe it is vital to the health of the practice and patient care that the office remains doctor owned and operated.

If it looks like we’ll both win through partnership, we team up which means Brite Dental Partners acquires a part of your practice, giving you the support you need to grow without losing control.

With centralized services to incorporate best practices and improve your practice’s profitability, you’ll be spending less time making more money.
